Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations      

'But now, this is what the Lord says— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. '

(Isaiah 43:1-2)

Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

1. Father God!

# Prime Minister Netanyahu, who is visiting the United States on July 7, is discussing a ceasefire with Hamas and the release of hostages during his meeting with President Trump. Among them, on the 8th, five IDF soldiers were killed by an explosive device in Beit Hanoun, Gaza, and 12 soldiers were injured when soldiers were shot while evacuating the wounded. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, "On this difficult morning, the entire Israeli people bow their heads in mourning for the heroic warriors who risked their lives to defeat Hamas and rescue all the hostages."

# On the 8th, Israeli military Arabic spokesman Abihai said that the IDF would expand its operation in the Yunis Khan area and urged Gaza residents to evacuate to the west.

# On the 6th, the first round of indirect ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Hamas in Doha, Qatar, ended without a conclusion. Negotiators said, "The Israeli delegation does not have sufficient authority to reach an agreement with Hamas." While expressing that this negotiation is complex to conclude, he said that talks in Qatar are continuing and that the negotiations are being delayed due to major obstacles.

Father God, it has been 640 days since the war between Israel and Hamas. Five Israeli soldiers have lost their lives and 12 have been injured in the ongoing battle against Hamas terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip. Please wipe away the tears of our comrades, family members, and friends who are fighting together, and comfort them and give them strength. Please protect the Israeli military, who are eliminating Hamas terrorist groups and the remnants of their terrorist infrastructure, and pray that all 50 hostages remaining in the Gaza Strip will return quickly. Please comfort and give strength to the families, friends, and relatives of the remaining hostages who are anxiously praying for the release of the hostages every day. Please hold the remaining hostages who are suffering under Hamas’ evil situation, give them the strength to endure to the end, and open the way for them to come out quickly. “Thus says the Lord: The captives of the mighty shall be taken, and the prey of the fearful shall be delivered: for I will contend with those who contend with you, and I will save your children” (Isaiah 49:25) According to this word, please save the hostages, and may the Lord oppose Hamas, the enemy who started this evil, and completely save Israel. Please protect and guard the soldiers on the battlefield so they may believe that the war belongs to the Lord, rely on the Lord God, and be strong and courageous in carrying out their missions well. May the soldiers of Israel become strong warriors of the Lord, and may they show forth and boast of God’s holiness. “Israel will be saved by the Lord with an everlasting salvation; you will never be put to shame or disgraced.” (Isaiah 45:17) According to this word, may the soldiers on the battlefield and all the people of Israel believe that the battle belongs to the Lord and rely on the strong and mighty Lord, the Lord God, who is mighty in battle. Grant wisdom to the leaders of the Israeli army. Through this war, may all the nations of the world realize that the Lord God is protecting Israel and that the written words of God concerning Israel are being fulfilled. May the leaders of the nations and the people of the world realize that the war between Israel and Iran is not only a war for Israel, but also a war for the protection of Israel, and may they awaken from anti-Semitism. May all the soldiers going into battle become strong warriors of the Lord, and may you comfort all the people of Israel and their children amid the war and give them peace and courage from above. Please save and protect Israel completely. We pray that the war in Gaza will end quickly with Israel's victory and that the promised lands will be completely Israel's, so that God's words promised to Abraham will be fulfilled.

2. Father God!

Nefesh B'Nefesh, an Aliyah missionary in North America, has received over 13,500 Aliyah applications since the start of the war on October 7, 24 years ago. With the arrival of 45 North American immigrants on July 3, 2,000 people are expected to make Aliyah this summer. 

We are thankful that even during the war, Jews who are scattered throughout the world are returning, and especially those from North America are making Aliyah. “How can I give you up, Ephraim? How can I cast you off, Israel? How can I make you like Admah? How can I make you like Zeboiim? My heart is turned within me, and my compassion is kindled. I will no longer execute my fierce anger or destroy Ephraim. For I am God and not man; I am the Holy One in your midst; I will not come against you in anger. They will follow the Lord, who roars like a lion; when the Lord roars, the children will come trembling from the West.” (Hosea 11:8-10) We are thankful that a new wave of Aliyah is rising in the West by this word. We are especially thankful that those who have the right national identity in times of war and are applying for and processing return according to God’s promise will correctly understand God’s covenant word, achieve return, and participate in restoring the promised land.” “I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries and bring you into your own land. I will sprinkle clean water on you and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you. I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit in you and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to follow my ordinances. You will live in the land I gave your ancestors and be my people, and I will be your God.” (Ezekiel 36:24-28) Please fulfill this word. Please cleanse them with clean water through the word of God and pour out your Holy Spirit so that they can see the Messiah Yeshua whom they are waiting for, so that they can open their eyes, open their ears, understand with their hearts, and become saved people. Please make Israel and the people show all the nations that God is fulfilling the covenant He made with the land of Israel and the people. May we become a nation that praises God's holy name as God's people in the land that God promised and gave to our ancestors. "You are holy, O Lord, enthroned in the praises of Israel" (Psalm 22:3). Please fulfill this word and reveal your holiness. May you be glorified.

'Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. '

Father God, I (we) pray for Indonesia. 

1. Father God!

On June 30, just a week after taking office, IOC President Kirsty Coventry made a historic decision to “protect female athletes in the Olympics” in response to questions from reporters. President Kirsty Coventry is a former Auburn University swimmer who previously represented Zimbabwe in five Olympics, winning seven medals. She said the Olympic Committee should move away from its policy of appeasing transgender athletes after the IOC stopped gender testing in 1999, shifting responsibility to individual sports organizations and allowing transgender men to compete and win medals in women’s sports.

Father God, we thank you for allowing the IOC President to speak out about transgender participation in the Olympics and the true Olympic spirit of the creation of the male and female. In particular, we pray that the 2024 Paris Olympics will be restored to a proper gender-segregated sport by the Olympic Committee members who repented for their sins in allowing Algerian male athlete Imane Kherif to compete in the women’s boxing event and win a gold medal despite being identified as male four times. “So God created man in his image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:27). We repent for the sins of those who rebel against God’s creation. We pray that the next generation of young people will keep their right thoughts and hearts in the order of God’s creation. In particular, may the Holy Spirit help and empower people of faith in the sports world to serve God in faith with the word of the Lord. May people of faith rise to be examples of faith for the next generation of young people of faith. “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14) Let the next generation of faith become the light of the world and become those who do not compromise with the world but live for the truth. Let the Holy Spirit guide us into the truth so we can become young leaders of faith, and bless us to lead the world to the right path. We pray that many leaders of faith will emerge who will shine and lead the world of darkness as the light of the world by giving us the courage to keep our faith and win in a world that is becoming obscene and rebellious.

Father God, I (we) pray for the US.

1. Father God!

On the 4th, a 'flash storm' hit Kerr County in central Texas, bringing 250mm of rain in 6 hours. This was caused by the fact that rain that should have fallen for 4 months was lost in just a few hours, resulting in the deaths of 104 people, including 28 girls who had participated in 'Camp Mystic'. Richard Eastland (74), the operator of Camp Mystic, lost his life while trying to save three girls. The Eastland family founded Camp Mystic, a Christian girls' summer camp, in 1939 and has been running it for three generations. Richard Eastland, the third generation, took over Camp Mystic in 1974 and has worked there for 50 years. His grandson, George Eastland, said, "My grandfather had no choice but to sacrifice his life to save the girls he loved and cherished so much."

Father God, please comfort the parents and families who lost their children in the floods in Texas. We believe that God's young daughters who attended the camp and Richard Eastland, the camp operator, will receive life and rest in peace in the eternal heavenly kingdom of the Father. We thank Jesus who came to this earth in the flesh to give us this life, died on the cross, and rose again, personally showing us eternal life and becoming the first fruit of the resurrection of believers. "To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the power to become children of God, who were born, not of blood of the will of the flesh nor the will of man, but of God." (John 1:12, 13) "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6) We pray that the Holy Spirit will hold and comfort families and churches so that they may be comforted in their sorrows by the Lord's words of life, hope for an eternal meeting and life in the Lord's kingdom, be thankful to the Lord of life, and serve the Lord more.

2. Father God!

As we celebrate the Fourth of July, the American Independence Day, let us pray that President Trump, the government, the National Assembly, and the Supreme Court will work to return America to conservative, patriotic, and Christian values. Let us pray that the progressives who have driven America to anti-biblical ideologies will remember and return to the values ​​of the right faith and the founding principles of America. “For kings and all who are in authority, we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:2-4). Let us pray that our knees of prayer will be raised even higher, as this verse says. Last month, the United States destroyed the nuclear facilities of Israel and Iran, and the Iranian sleeper cell, a hidden terrorist force within the United States, is threatening terrorism. Please stop their activities and grant the Lord peace to America. Thank you for restoring America to Christian values, reforming government, and inspiring the youth in spiritual revival. Please purify America anew and protect lives from the world war caused by evil terrorist groups, and make America a nation that spreads the gospel to the nations and exerts good ethical and moral influence. Please make America a country that understands and practices the will of God, who desires the harvest of souls. Please lead the Holy Spirit so that many churches and intercessors continue interceding and praying for the nation's leaders.

Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea.

1. Father God!

Parents and civic groups held a press conference opposing the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family on the afternoon of July 7th at the National Assembly Communication Center in Yeouido, Seoul. Several parent groups, including the Sexual Revolutionary Education Anti-University Parents Association (Sungbanhakyeon), participated in this press conference. The parents read a statement titled “We Oppose the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.” The statement stated, “Recently, there were reports that the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family was considering changing its name to the ‘Ministry of Gender Equality and Family’ and expanding its functions.” “However, this raises serious concerns, as it goes beyond a simple change in the ministry's name and brings about significant changes to the basic order of the Constitution and the current legal system.” 'Gender equality’ is an entirely different concept from ‘gender equality,’ which means biological equality between men and women,” and criticized, “Gender equality is a concept that encompasses ‘all sexual orientations and gender identities,’ including homosexuality, transgenderism, and the third gender.”

God the Father, thank you for recognizing the movement to change the name of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family to the ‘Ministry of Gender Equality and Family’ and expanding its functions, and for granting us the grace to pray with the same heart. In the beginning, God created humans as male and female, and made one man and one woman unite to form a family. However, humans constantly challenge God and break and destroy this order. This recently reported incident goes beyond a simple change in the Ministry's name and involves significant changes to the basic order of the Constitution and the current legal system of this land, thereby committing a great sin that destroys the order of the family. Please grant true wisdom and discernment to the leaders of this country when deciding on this matter. We know that the term 'gender equality' is not simply a concept that expands equality, but can be used as an ideological term that justifies homosexuality, transgenderism, and the third gender. This conflicts with the idea of 'gender equality' in the Constitution and can seriously affect public health, education, and the legal system. Please strongly block and stop the plan of this government to reorganize the 'Ministry of Gender Equality and Family' into the 'Ministry of Gender Equality and Family' to include all gender identities and sexual orientations. "Righteousness promotes a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people" (Prov. 14:34). Please lead the Republic of Korea to become a nation that thrives by establishing true justice in this land, and to advance by holding on to God's goodwill in these last days. Please stop pushing forward the revision of the names of ministries without sufficient discussion with the people and deceiving them. May the Holy Spirit work so that the ministry's reorganization and constitutional values are accepted. We place the rally that will be held in front of Sungnyemun on July 12th, with thousands of people in Yeshua's hands. We pray that we will never be afraid to speak out in fear of people, but that when we pray together with a fearful and trembling heart for God, we will firmly rule so that this law will never be passed for the next generation's sake. I thank you and pray.

2. Father God!

The Korean church's discomfort with the '2025 WEA Seoul General Assembly' approaching in October shows no signs of improving. We are expressing our discomfort with the organizers who are making a mess of the Korean church by insisting on hosting the WEA, which has already clearly been identified as having theological problems. The conservative church community, which constitutes the mainstream of the Korean church, is firm in its position on the WEA. The conservative church community clearly states that it can never acknowledge, tolerate, or work with the WEA.

Father God, thank you for calling us in these last days amidst a world full of lies and mixtures and granting us the grace to stand firm on the Word of Truth and move forward. Please pour out the spirit of repentance so that the church can sincerely repent for failing to fulfill its proper role, giving all the initiative to the world, and failing to protect the truth. In this age, the spirit of unity and compromise blurs the true gospel, deceiving and teaching that there is another way besides Jesus Christ. Please have mercy on many Korean pastors who have joined the WCC and WEA and are active in their work. They lead believers into false teachings and vain conflagrations of the world and fail to lead them to the right path. First, we earnestly pray that you grant spiritual leaders the ability to test everything with God's Word and hold on to the truth. “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will reject you from being my priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children” (Hosea 4:6). Please work powerfully with the Holy Spirit so that those with ears can hear the words of the Holy Spirit. Please help us firmly believe and confess that only Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. We must follow only the gospel we have heard from the beginning. Please help us clearly realize that the battle we are fighting now is not a battle of the flesh but a fierce spiritual war between truth and falsehood. We must use the powerful weapons that God has given us to destroy all lies and strongholds. Please prepare the churches and saints of this land to be faithful brides of the Lord, who please God only. Please collapse all the schemes of Satan to prevent the truth from being the truth in the name of Yeshua. Please let the spiritual leaders no longer yield to the world's values, but only exalt and proclaim the Word of God. Please let them boldly preach the Word, whether the time is favorable or not. Let them become faithful servants who fight for the truth with their lives at stake. Let them serve as spiritual soldiers who prepare for the last days and advance.
