Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations '“You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord , “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. I, even I, am the Lord , and apart from me there is no savior. ' (Isaiah 43:10-11) Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.
# On July 14, three soldiers were killed and one was injured in an anti-tank missile explosion during an operation in the Gaza Strip. About 446 Israeli soldiers have died in ground operations in the Gaza Strip, bringing the total number of soldiers killed since October 7 last year to 893. # After the ceasefire with Hezbollah on November 27, 2024, Defense Minister Israel Katz said that the Israeli army, which has been trying to prevent Hezbollah forces from entering southern Lebanon, has been invading the Galilee for years. He then detected an attempt by Hezbollah's special forces, Radwan, to regroup in the Bekaa Valley camp. He attacked a training camp and an ammunition storage center, which were trying to conquer some areas. # Indirect ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Hamas in Doha, Qatar, are ongoing, but they are not reaching an agreement due to Hamas' unreasonable demands. Father God, the war between Israel and Hamas has been going on for 648 days. During this war, many young soldiers lost their lives. As we continue to fight against Hamas terrorist groups in Gaza, this week, three Israeli soldiers lost their lives in an anti-tank explosion, and one was injured. Please wipe away the tears of the comrades, families, and friends of the fallen soldiers, and comfort and strengthen them. Please protect the Israeli military as they remove the remnants of Hamas terrorist groups and terrorist infrastructure, and pray for the speedy return of all 50 hostages remaining in Gaza. Please comfort and strengthen the families, friends, and relatives of the remaining hostages who are anxiously waiting for the release of the hostages, day after day. Please hold the remaining hostages who are suffering under Hamas’ evil situation, give them the strength to endure to the end, and open the way for them to come out quickly. “Thus says the Lord: The captives of the mighty shall be taken, and the prey of the fearful shall be delivered; for I will fight against those who fight against you, and I will save your children” (Isaiah 49:25) According to this word, please save the hostages, and fight against Hamas, the enemy who started this evil, and save Israel completely. Please protect and guard the soldiers on the battlefield so that they may believe that the war belongs to the Lord, rely on the Lord God, and be strong and courageous in carrying out their missions. Please let the soldiers on the battlefield and all the people of Israel believe that the war belongs to the Lord and rely on the strong and mighty Lord God in war. Please give wisdom to the leaders of the Israelite army. Through this war, let all the world's nations realize and know that the Lord God is protecting Israel and that the written words of God concerning Israel are being fulfilled. Please comfort all the soldiers who are going to war, all the people of Israel, and their children who are in the difficult situation of war, and give them more peace and courage from above. Please save and protect Israel completely. We pray that the war in Gaza will end quickly with Israel’s victory, that the promised lands will be completely Israel’s, and that God’s words promised to Abraham will be fulfilled. # On July 15, after two days of fierce clashes in which dozens of people were killed, the Syrian government forces entered the southern Syrian city of Sueida, a stronghold of the Druze community. They began indiscriminately attacking the Druze people with brutal actions. The Syrian Minister of Defense reached an agreement with local leaders and announced a ceasefire in Sueida, but the Syrian government forces’ invasion and attacks within the Druze community continue. The Druze community in northern Israel is urging the Israeli government and international organizations to intervene in the aggression against the Syrian government forces. # On July 13, the Israeli army attacked the command post of the 210th Division's 'Alpine Brigade' reserves last week on Mount Hermon, which was overlooking Syria and Lebanon during the Assad regime. They found anti-tank mines, dozens of explosives, rockets, and other military equipment, as well as over 3 tons of ammunition, which they were trying to smuggle. Father God, the new Syrian government is committing evil deeds by invading the villages of the Dur people living in Syrian territory. Please silence the Syrian government forces who have declared a ceasefire but are oppressing and killing residents for their different religions, and protect the weak Druze people who are living in difficult times. Please also protect and defend the Israeli soldiers who are protecting the Druze people on Mount Hermon and the Golan Heights, which form the border with Israel. Also, please protect and safeguard the Christians in Syria. Shine the light of the gospel on the land of Syria, Isaiah 19:23-25, “On that day, there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrians will go to Egypt, the Egyptians will go to Assyria, and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians. On that day, Israel will be the third, with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing amid the earth, because the Lord Almighty has blessed, saying, ‘Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel my inheritance.’” Please make it happen and prepare the way for the Lord’s return.
'You who fear him, trust in the Lord — he is their help and shield. ' (Psalms 115:11) Father God, I (we) pray for Indonesia.
On July 7, International Christian Concern (ICC) published an article titled “Iran cracks down on any hint of dissent after 12-day war.” On June 29, following the 12-day war with Israel and the United States last month, the Iranian government passed a law making almost any kind of contact with an enemy state punishable by death. Since then, hundreds of people have been arrested and at least 10 executed after hasty trials in a crackdown on dissent. Since the overthrow of the secular but authoritarian monarchy in 1979, Iran has been a theocratic state with extreme Shiite Islamic fundamentalism, a religious manifesto that extensively quotes the Quran, and a Shiite Islamic state that emphasizes the military’s “ideological mission of jihad in the way of Allah, that is, to spread the law of Allah throughout the world,” and has oppressed religious minorities such as Christians, including Sunni Muslims. Father God, we pray for the Christians of Iran. According to a March report by the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), Iran sentenced more than 900 people to death and many to death for religious crimes in 2024 alone. In particular, the number of Christian incarcerations increased sixfold from the previous year, with 96 people sentenced, and several Christians sentenced to prison for more than 10 years. Most Christians in Iran are converts from Islam, and they are not only at risk of persecution but also of death, and some Christians have been executed for their faith. We are thankful to hear news of believers living with joy and spreading the gospel, while many believers are being threatened, imprisoned for long periods, and even tortured. “The wicked watch for the righteous, seeking an opportunity to kill them; but the Lord will not abandon them to their hand, nor condemn them when they are judged. Wait for the Lord and keep his way; he will cause you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off, you will see for yourself.” (Psalm 37:32-34). Please, God, rule over and punish the Khamenei regime in Iran, which is harming the believers in Iran. Despite the harsh and severe oppression of this evil Iranian Islam, we thank You for the news that the number of believers in Jesus is increasing in Iran and that house churches are growing exponentially. Please watch over and protect the believers in Iran. Please accept their worship services, comfort them, and give them new strength and power through the Holy Spirit.
Iran is said to have arrested about 350 leaders and rabbis of the Jewish community in Iran after the war with Israel and looted Jewish homes. There are still about 10,000 Jewish communities in Iran. Please pray that you protect and open the way for them to return to the Promised Land. Please pray that the Jews who are suffering persecution and oppression in Iran will pray with hope and faith toward the God of their ancestors, declaring, “Yet the Lord is with me as a fearsome warrior; my persecutors will stumble and not prevail; they will be humiliated, because they have not acted wisely; their shame will never be forgotten” (Jeremiah 20:11). Please protect and comfort the Jews of Iran. Please open the way for them to return safely to the Promised Land and help them. Please let us become a nation that praises God's holy name as God's people in the land that God promised and gave to Israel's ancestors.
'But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” ' (Acts 1:8) Father God, I (we) pray for the US.
We thank God for making the impossible possible and for the powerful work of soul salvation through the three-day crusade in Santa Barbara, California, starting on July 7th. We also praise God for making the impossible possible through many healings and miracles. We give glory to God for pouring His grace and working for Mario Murillo and the ministry team for their obedience to God’s Word not to cancel the crusade in Santa Barbara, located not far from Los Angeles, where violent protests were in full swing in June. The preparation process for the meeting was a fierce spiritual war, but “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but powerful enough to destroy strongholds, casting down arguments and every pretension that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, taking every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:4) According to this verse, there was no resistance when we proclaimed the Word of God, informed people about mysticism, New Age, and occult religions, and preached the pure gospel of Jesus's cross. Still, almost half of the people came forward, received salvation, and confessed their faith. On the second day, a woman paralyzed from the neck down was healed, and miracles occurred everywhere; demons were driven out, and the work of the evil devil was destroyed. On the third day, the fire of God was felt in the tent before prayer. We are thankful that a hundred people received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and that the audience who participated confessed that they experienced the fire of the Holy Spirit’s power. We especially thank God for the history of salvation and spiritual awakening that has taken place in cities like Santa Barbara, which are overflowing with anti-Christian intellect and mysticism. Currently, with the changes in essential policies of the U.S. government, the rainbow pride colors of homosexuality in the U.S. are fading, and the cultural fortresses in the U.S. are collapsing. However, the strongholds of anti-biblical culture are still active and overflowing in many cities. We pray that the influences of these anti-biblical cultures will leave the cities only through the Word and intercessory prayer. We pray even more, believing that the powerful evil spirits and the works of the devil are being destroyed through the spiritual revival movement and awakening that is taking place in the U.S. We pray that the works that have been done in the past, such as tens of thousands of people coming to the Lord through the United Rally on various college campuses and thousands of baptisms on the beaches and rivers, will continue. Please add the fire of the Holy Spirit to America and pray without ceasing that it may become a nation used by the Lord in His hands. Please fill us with the Holy Spirit and lead us so that, primarily through Mother Anna's prayers, more generations of children may be reestablished in the truth.
On Monday, July 14, the White House agreed with the IRS to allow pastors and other religious leaders to support political candidates without losing their tax-exempt status. The agreement, the result of a lawsuit between conservative religious groups and the IRS, eases President Trump’s promise to roll back the Johnson Amendment. The Johnson Amendment is a 1954 tax law that prohibits nonprofit organizations, such as churches, from receiving tax exemptions for political activity or political speech. If they do, they lose their exemption. In recent years, the IRS has investigated prayer groups and churches for violating the Johnson Amendment. Father God, thank you for allowing the IRS to agree last Monday that pastors and other religious leaders can support political candidates without violating the Johnson Amendment. This settlement, the result of a lawsuit between conservative religious groups and the IRS, is a decision to relax the Johnson Amendment that President Trump promised. Now, “Speaking internally about politics from a religious perspective is not political campaign participation or intervention.” We are grateful that religious leaders will speak out on political issues correctly. “I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more.” (Luke 12:4) We are grateful that we can speak and teach correctly about abortion and anti-biblical ideology from the pulpit of our churches. We are truly thankful that we can now support politicians without fear of losing our tax exemption. Please bless God’s churches and give them boldness in their faith so that the servants of God placed in the pulpit can correctly proclaim and teach the Word of God as good workers who share food in due season.
'For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord , “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. ' (Jeremiah 29:11-13) Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea.
The Parents’ Coalition for Action expressed regret over the recent political controversy in the education sector related to the educational organization Rebakschool. “Education should be education, and the extreme right-wing suppression that oppresses by labeling it political should stop.” In particular, “The current government is not satisfied with the political circles, and even education is being taught within the framework of left-right ideology, and the Rebakschool issue is being used politically by making it an issue.” “This incident is not a simple education issue, but is leading to large-scale suppression that is distorted politically.” Father God, we pray for the education field. Political suppression spreads to unexpected places after the regime change, and the new government begins to rule. Education is a vital area that builds a country's future. However, this land's education field has become a battlefield of political ideology and conflict. I pray that you grant us grace so that the pure learning space for children does not degenerate into a tool of ideology. “How can wicked judges have fellowship with You, who scheme disaster by using decrees? They gather together to strike down the souls of the righteous and condemn the innocent to shed blood. But the Lord is my fortress, my God is the rock where I take refuge.” (Psalm 94:20-22) Please protect our children from those who do not hesitate to plant distorted political ideologies in the children’s generation and cause confusion while destroying the foundation of liberal democracy. May the Holy Spirit be our teacher and teach us so that God, our rock of refuge, can arm us with the living Word of the Lord so that false ideologies do not damage their souls. Remember that the education established by the Lord should not be a political tool, but a sacred place of mission to pass on truth, love, freedom, and discernment to the next generation. However, now, there is an evil condemnation that uses education as a political weapon, applies extreme ideological standards, and defines teachers who speak the truth as “pus” and targets them for elimination. Father God, please break the lips of unrighteousness and restore the courage to speak the truth in the field of education. “Be an example to the believers in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, even in your youth.” (1 Tim. 4:12) Please let the teachers in the field be used as tools to instill proper education and hope for the future in children, in truth. “He who justifies the wicked and condemns the righteous—they both are an abomination to the Lord” (Prov. 17:15). I pray that the field of education will never be distorted by false propaganda, stigmatization, or biased frames, and that God will cover this land with justice. Please establish the next generation with God’s word and truth, not political ideology. We pray that the teachers who are called will never destroy the truth and will be given amazing grace to be used as God's ambassadors who establish the next generation according to God's calling.
Last year, the Yoon Seok-yeol government designated ‘North Korean Defectors’ Day as a national holiday, and this year marks the second anniversary. On July 14th at 2 PM, a ‘Press Conference Against the Chinese Government’s Forced Repatriation of North Korean Defectors’ was held before the Chinese Embassy in Myeong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul. The Chinese government regards North Korean defectors as economic immigrants and forcibly repatriates them to North Korea, causing serious human rights violations such as torture, forced abortions, forced labor, and sexual violence in the process. According to a report by the U.S. State Department, North Korean defectors in China have difficulty requesting help from international organizations. They are exploited as laborers while at risk of forced repatriation. In particular, it is known that approximately 600 North Korean defectors were forcibly repatriated immediately after the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games, and are being imprisoned and severely punished. Heavenly Father, we pray to you who hears the cries of the oppressed and persecuted on this earth and who delights in responding to their small groans. Today, we pray earnestly to you, Father, who hears the cries of the North Korean people and defectors, especially the women and young lives, who are constantly suffering in the oppressed areas of North Korea and China. As we mark the ‘North Korean Defectors’ Day’ established last year, we thank you for allowing me to raise my voice and pray, remembering that many women in North Korea are still living in an environment where they are deprived of their human dignity and their human rights are trampled upon. Still, they have no choice but to remain loyal to the Kim Jong-un regime. We especially place the North Korean defectors who have come to China in your hands. It is said that if they are forcibly repatriated, they will suffer terrible things such as rape, sexual assault, and excessive forced labor, and then die without a name. Heavenly Father, please have mercy on them and protect them. Please see the injustice of the Chinese government forcibly repatriating thousands of North Korean defectors to the North Korean regime’s prisons and torture chambers in violation of international law. May the Holy Spirit work with fiery eyes to stop these evils that await them, including forced abortions, torture, forced labor, sexual violence, and even the threat of death. May the Chinese government leaders protect North Korean defectors as refugees according to their humanitarian conscience and international agreements, and grant them the grace not to forcibly repatriate them for any reason. “Open your mouth for the mute, for the cause of all who are desolate.” (Prov. 31:8) Father God, may the Korean church no longer remain silent about this, but may open its mouth for the desolate, pray with tears, and grant the strength to boldly fight for them without rejecting the heart that the Holy Spirit gives. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” (Luke 4:18-19) Please grant us the wisdom to awaken and preach the Savior, Yeshua, to the oppressed and to take action to achieve the gospel unification that God desires, not political unification. Please help us become a free democratic nation with Jesus Christ as the Lord in these last days, fulfill our missionary mission, and be used as a nation to welcome the Lord’s return.
