Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations      

4/16-4/22/25>

'I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul. You have not given me into the hands of the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place. '

(Psalms 31:7-8)

Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

Father God!

# On April 14, the Israeli Army (IDF) and Shin Bet (Israeli Security Service) dismantled Hamas terror tunnels and weapons storage facilities throughout the Gaza Strip. A large underground tunnel, 20 meters deep and hundreds of meters long, was dismantled in the Shaburah area of ​​Rafah, southern Gaza, which served as a meeting place for Hamas operatives and was connected to other tunnels. In a separate operation, the IDF discovered a cache of various weapons, including mortars, grenades, explosives, and other military equipment, hidden inside a building that had been used as a school. Airstrikes were conducted in southern Gaza, where a weapons manufacturing facility was supplying weapons to terrorist groups, and a launch pad containing several rocket launchers aimed at Israeli territory.

# On April 14, Israeli Security Minister Zev Elkin said that in the second extension of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, Hamas had offered to release five hostages, while Israel was demanding the release of 10 hostages. However, Hamas is holding on to its position of ending the war in Gaza, and Israel is limiting the second ceasefire and offering Hamas to give up its weapons, which is not an agreement.

Father God, thank you for the Israeli military and Shin Bet’s attacks on Hamas in Gaza, and for the search for, airstrikes, and destruction of tunnels and weapons depots that have not yet been discovered. We especially thank you for protecting the Israeli military during the Passover season, and for the airstrikes and destruction of enemy military bases and rocket launchers targeting Israel. Please pray that Hamas will quickly raise its hand in Gaza and that you will work to restore stability to the land and its people. While negotiations for a second ceasefire and the release of hostages between Israel and Hamas are not taking place, Israel continues to bomb Gaza, eliminate Hamas’ leaders, and proposes that Hamas agree to a ceasefire that requires the release of all hostages. We pray that Hamas will release all 59 hostages (24 alive, 35 dead) and enter into a truce. We give thanks to the people of Gaza who are living as refugees through war, poverty, and suffering, taking to the streets to protest against the evil of Hamas and demanding that they leave Gaza. “I will pursue my enemies; I will not turn back until they are destroyed. I will strike them so they cannot rise; they will fall under my feet. You have girded me with strength for battle and subdued those who rise against me before me.” (Psalm 18:37-39) Please prevent Hamas from threatening the people of Gaza any longer and work to get them out of the land. Please give Israel the courage to rely entirely on God and to trample down their enemies, and thank you for girding them with your strength, and let them come before you with all their hearts. Please comfort and strengthen the families, friends, and relatives of the remaining hostages who are anxiously praying and waiting for the release of the hostages every day. We pray that the world's nations will see God with Israel, as you said, and come before you. Please hold the remaining hostages who are suffering in Hamas’ tunnels and evil situations, give them the strength to endure to the end, and open the way for them to come out quickly. Please destroy the enemy Hamas and work so that the land of Gaza can be restored, God’s word can be proclaimed, and the land and its people can worship God. Please grant the peace of the Lord to the land and people whom God chose first and promised. Please protect the people of Israel who have suffered physical and emotional hardships from the war so that they can seek God’s peace and overcome the trauma of war in God’s comfort and not suffer from suffering and depression.

Father God!

Israel celebrates the festival by eating unleavened bread for eight days (until April 19), starting from the 14th day of Nisan (April 12), the beginning of the spiritual new year. The 20th Sunday after this Passover is Easter, which we Christians celebrate as the resurrection of the Lord.

God the Father, “And the Lord said to Abram, " Know for sure that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and they will serve them and afflict them for four hundred years. Then I will punish the nation that they will serve, and afterward they will come out with great possessions (Gen 15:13-14) As He spoke to their father Abraham, when Israel remembered the Lord God and cried out to Him in their suffering in Egypt, He heard them, called them out of Egypt, and led them to the promised land.

We bless Israel and pray with the words of Ezekiel 36:22-28.

22. Therefore, say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am doing this, but for My holy name, which you have profaned among the nations, 23. And I will sanctify My great name, which you have profaned among the nations, and I will sanctify Myself in you before their eyes. When the nations know that I am the LORD,’ declares the Lord God. 24 “I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries, and I will bring you into your land. 25 “I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; from all your uncleannesses and all your idols I will cleanse you. 26 “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you. I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 “I will put my Spirit in you and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to follow my ordinances. 28 “And you will live in the land that I gave your fathers; you will be my people, and I will be your God.” Thank you for making a covenant with your fathers and for calling Israel, who had been scattered among the nations because they failed to serve the LORD God in the land that God had given them, to this land, establishing a nation, and preparing for the return of the Messiah Yeshua, just as He had prophesied through the prophets. “And give him no rest, until he establishes and makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.” (Isaiah 62:7)

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; those who love her shall prosper.” (Psalm 122:6) Thank you for allowing the saints of the nations to pray with these words. Above all, the Jews who clean their homes and remove leaven to celebrate Passover remember that Yeshua is the unleavened bread of life and that He shed His blood on the cross as the Passover lamb. Please let us realize and know the Messiah Yeshua, who gave us forgiveness of sins through the blood of the new covenant and came back to life. Please let us have a new knowledge of the Messiah Yeshua, the Lamb of God, who is the way of God’s salvation, the truth, and the life, and let us become people who receive salvation through faith.

Father God!

We praise the Lord who hears the prayers of the watchmen on the great and precious walls of God and works. Please give peace to Jerusalem. May the Lord God establish Jerusalem and praise it in the world. May the Jews who are scattered throughout the nations and all the tribes of Israel who must return to their homeland return to the promised land. Please work so that the law of return will be changed, and believing Jews will also be able to make Aliyah. Please give us the power of the Holy Spirit to fully fulfill the precious mission of serving and praying until the word of God is fulfilled, and may we live a life of faithful faith. Please protect our health.

On April 13, two Russian ballistic missiles struck the Sumy region in northeastern Ukraine, killing 34 people (including two children) and injuring 117 (including 10 children). EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Affairs Kaya Kallas told X that “it is appalling that Russia is intensifying its attacks while Ukraine has accepted an unconditional ceasefire.”

Father God, we pray for Ukraine, which has been struggling with the war with Russia for three years. While President Trump’s peace agreement has been proposed and Ukraine has accepted a ceasefire, Russian President Putin is intensifying his attacks on Ukraine and continues to threaten the United States and other Western countries with a world war. Please comfort the families who lost their loved ones, especially their young children, in the Russian ballistic missile attacks, and pray that many of those injured will receive treatment and recover. “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See to it that you are not afraid. All this must happen, but the end is not yet. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.” (Matthew 24:6-7) According to these words, we realize that the news of civil wars and wars happening everywhere is already the beginning of disaster, announcing that the era of tribulation has arrived. Amid the problematic environment and situation caused by the war between Russia and Ukraine, please work the Holy Spirit so that the souls chosen by the Lord may come before the Lord. Amidst this news of wars, please also quickly bring those who need to be saved from every nation, tribe, people, and language to the Lord. As we see that the wars prophesied until the coming of our Lord, the Prince of Peace, Yeshua, will continue to occur endlessly and that things will happen against each other, please let the people of faith wake up in this era, intercede, and thoroughly prepare the way for the Lord’s return. Please fill us with the Holy Spirit and let us live the lives of saints who pray and obey the Word.

# As the damage from the earthquake in Myanmar continues to increase, a magnitude 5.2 earthquake occurred on March 30 in Aceh, Indonesia, which faces Myanmar across the Andaman Sea. A magnitude 6.4 earthquake also occurred in the Pidaye Jaya district of western Aceh, causing several casualties and damage to many houses.

# In late March, the Iranian Ministry of Energy declared that Tehran, Isfahan, Khorasan, and Yazd provinces faced a severe water crisis. Dr. Sharona Mazalian of the Joint Center for Iranian Studies at Tel Aviv University said this. "Iran is drying up, and it is one of the most urgent environmental problems facing Iran today." The Karaj Dam is now at only 6% of its capacity." He mentioned a Tasnim news agency report that the reservoir is 94% empty. A resident of Pardis City in Tehran Province said that water only comes out of his tap for two hours a day. He has completely given up farming due to the drought and is moving to the city in search of alternative jobs.

Father God, we live in a generation where various natural disasters are occurring due to global climate change. Thank you for having mercy on the families and the people of Myanmar who have lost all their property and are suffering, and for the help that many countries are providing. Please also be merciful to the people of Western Indonesia who have suffered greatly from the earthquake. “You who have shown us great afflictions will revive us and bring us up again from the depths of the earth” (Psalm 71:20). For the earthquake has taken the lives of families and the loss of their homes, please comfort and show mercy to those who are in sorrow and hardship. Please extend a helping hand so that the numerous injured can receive treatment. Also, due to Iran's lack of water, many places where farming was possible have become dry land, and many residents are moving to the city in search of other jobs. Please let the Iranian people know that the government is promoting terrorism and focusing on developing nuclear weapons, and is not taking care of the people's difficulties, but is attacking Israel through surrounding terrorist groups and waging war, saying that it will erase Israel from the face of the earth. Lord, please rule over these Iranian terrorist politicians and make them realize it. Especially, in the promise made to Abraham, "I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed" (Genesis 12:3). As this word says, please bless Israel and be on Israel's side. May the nations receive God's blessings through Israel. Through the natural disasters of earthquakes, droughts, and diseases occurring worldwide, may all the people of the nations living in this age realize and know that God is in control of the climate, all things, and all phenomena. Through the disasters and environments that cannot be controlled by human power, may they come before God, the ruler and master of all things in the universe, and praise Him in the name of the Lord Yeshua, the King.

On March 20, President Trump signed an executive order to abolish the Department of Education, which the Senate will finalize. The federal government will continue to provide essential services, programs, and benefits, maintain the federal Pell Grant program, and support K-12 students, special needs children, college borrowers, and those who rely on essential programs. The purpose and core of the Department of Education reform is to re-empower parents and students and reduce the role of unaccountable bureaucracy.

Heavenly Father, thank you for shutting down the Department of Education, which has long taught liberal, neo-Marxist ideology in public schools, instilled homosexuality and gender identity ideology, and restricted parents’ authority over their children.

The Department of Education's bureaucratic policies have not succeeded, and today, with reading and math scores in the United States at historic lows, we thank you for returning authority over education to the states and local communities to take charge of America’s education system. “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6) Please let this Word bring about a new change inWordrican education and let it be an opportunity to change the flow of American education, which communist goals, to Biblical education have distorted. Thank you for changing the direction of public schools that want federal funds to a right education that excludes homosexuality and sexual identity ideology, with liberal ideology. Please let parents take an interest in the new Biblical education and cooperate so that they can live a life of faith that is a model for their children, become parents who worship God at home, and live a life of obedience to the Word.

President Trump is re-adjusting US tariffs, thereby preventing the inflow of fentanyl and illegal drugs from Canada and Mexico into the US by having those countries guard their internal borders. It is also a policy that the US has been suffering from severe trade deficits with other countries for a long time. For example, last year, the US exported about $130 billion to China, and China exported about four times that amount to the US, $505 billion. This is a change in the current administration's foreign tariff policy to adjust the tariff imbalance and revive the US economy. The current administration postponed reciprocal tariffs for other countries for 90 days and maintained the basic tariff of 10%. All countries except China, about 75 countries, came to the negotiating table, and the stock market began to soar again due to this tariff postponement. In the most recent month of February, the Treasury Department collected about $7.25 billion in tariff revenues. According to the March monthly budget report released in early April, while the United States has been seeing huge trade deficits every year, the U.S. government budget deficit has decreased by 32% year-on-year, and revenues are continuing to increase.

Father God, there has been much criticism, both domestically and internationally, about the United States' policy of revitalizing the U.S. economy by renewing its imbalance tariff policy on imports and exports with foreign countries. “Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot in vain?” (Psalm 2:1) Please give courage to the government officials who are wisely building the U.S. economy and moving forward despite criticism from both domestic and foreign countries about the current administration’s policy of building the U.S. on a deficit economic policy. Please continue to add wisdom and discernment to discovering and rooting out corruption in the U.S. and allow the biblical policies you desire to be carried out. Let America first be a country that boldly takes on the task of eradicating not only the economic aspects but also the corruption that has spread abortion, homosexuality, and the corrupt culture throughout the world. Let the Senate and House of Representatives work together with one heart and mind, and let church leaders and intercessors pray for this. Please lead all American leaders in the Lord’s way so they can move forward with policies that fear God and obey His Word. Please fill and lead churches and intercessors with the Holy Spirit so that they can pray for American leaders and continue to pray in faith until the end, so that education of the Word for the next generation is established and practiced in all fields. Please bless America so that it can return to biblical policies, win the spiritual war, become a godly country with a good influence on the spread of the gospel, and fulfill the Lord’s will. We pray that God will grant grace to the leaders of all states in America to have the same will in the Word of God and to enter the right path, and that the work of turning back to the Word of the Bible will continue to take place.

Ahead of the early presidential election in South Korea scheduled for June 3, 2025, Fox News, a conservative American media outlet, has released a report expressing concerns about the political situation and election in South Korea. Fox News reported that there is a 99% chance of fraud in this early presidential election. It said this report was based on the claim that the North Korean hacker group, the Lazarus Group, hacked the National Election Commission (NEC). Fox News also claimed that China and North Korea are intervening politically to weaken South Korea's democracy and divide the South Korea-US alliance. It warned that South Korea could follow a similar path to Venezuela, and that economic chaos and international isolation could occur under an anti-American leftist regime.

Father God, we give thanks and praise to You who constantly tell us where our country should go and what we should seek and do now. In this situation of indescribable darkness and despair covering our country, we know that the best course of action is to kneel before the Father and pray with our hearts torn apart. The news, coming from all sides, discourages us and weighs us down with fear, as if there is no way out. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call on me, come and pray to me, and I will listen. You will seek and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:11-13) God’s plans for us are clearly to give us hope for the future, so please let those with faith cry out and seek God with all their heart and mind. Whoever becomes president will determine the future of our country. Former President Yoon Seok-yeol has already taught us that we cannot simply hand this country over to China and North Korea. Churches, pastors, and believers are still unable to face reality. They have been full of distrust toward politicians for a long time, and they tell us that the current situation is a war of regimes and that if we continue like this, our country could fall to pro-North Korea and pro-Jung clan forces, but they close their ears and do not listen. Too many people say they are deceiving and intimidating people with false news, or think it is an exaggerated story. “Those who oppose the Lord will be broken to pieces; he will thunder against them from heaven. The Lord will judge the ends of the earth; he will give strength to his king and exalt the horn of his anointed.” (1 Sam. 2:10)

Father God, please open our eyes to what you want us to know through this process. We pray that God will deeply intervene in the Republic of Korea's presidential election. Please expose the National Election Commission's secretly carried out cartel of election fraud. Please watch over us with fiery eyes so that the June 3 presidential election will never be held through a rigged election. Please never let us lose our liberal democracy. Use the current national hardship as a stepping stone to rise again and proclaim to all nations the resurrected Yeshua, who conquered the power of death in the last days. Please let the Republic of Korea move forward.

Today, our society is facing a subtle and invisible form of control. Combining big data and artificial intelligence (AI) has created a modern version of ‘soft totalitarianism’. For convenience and interest, we click on content platforms that recommend and provide personal information. The problem is that the algorithms of big tech companies drive our actions. We stay with content because it is enjoyable or convenient, which can lead to a state of ‘voluntary submission’ where we think and act only as much as the algorithm allows. In this way, we are unconsciously domesticated in the digital space, and we lose the power to think and judge for ourselves. We can become puppets controlled by a vast, invisible hand.

Father God, you created us in your image and gave us the power to be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, subdue it, and rule over it. However, we live in an age where we are unconsciously domesticated in the digital space and gradually lose the power to think and judge for ourselves. We are increasingly losing the unique appearances God has given us as we are dominated by things we have created for our convenience. We live in a world where we are tamed and provided with the most optimized information by algorithms without us having to work hard to find something. “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but powerful in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every pretension that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, taking every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:4-5) We believe that Yeshua has the power to pull down the pretensions that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. Please be on guard that the technology developed by humans can eventually become a powerful force that acts as a stronghold against God, destroying the faith that God has given us and taking away the freedom that God has given us. God has given us free will and the ability to live by making choices. “For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any double-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12) When we have to fight fiercely every day and make a choice between giving ourselves over to the invisible digital space, letting machines rule over us, giving our entire lives, or taking up the sword of the word, which is sharper than any double-edged sword, may we make the proper judgment. We pray that you will pour out the fullness of the Holy Spirit so that we will not lose our mission as believers given by God due to the digital age that threatens our souls and faith from childhood to old age. Please let us have a deeper fellowship with God, be armed with the word and prayer, and be used as those who fulfill the mission of the times God has permitted.
